Rainbow Fountain Motel

I recently stayed there, enjoyed it very much. Friendly owners and staff, love the renovations being done. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! Clean rooms, very peaceful, great place to just get away to...... Rainbow Fountain should be very proud. Thank you for a perfect stay......will definitely be coming back soon

The room wasn't bad at all. Very clean a little out dated. Staff friendly enough. I just think the price is a little steep, for a one bed occupancy 2 adults 70.00? Steep.not close to any restaurants and only a small unstocked lol store across the street.on a scale from 1 to 10 I'd give it a strong 6.

I try to keep it real, the very great family (and friends?) Are very considerate and honestly just expect people to act like adults and take care of themselves, as they take care of their property. Now, just the basics, no frills, except for the refrigerator, microwave, tv and wifi. The only downside is no clothes washer or dryer for customers. But I am happy feeling safe and relatively few loud noises from my neighbors and highway, no complaints. Hey, don't pay low prices and then expect caviar and champagne for room service. This is nice, quiet and safe no drugs on the lot or late night parties. I think dogs are allowed in half the rooms, and I am not sure about smoking, outside sure, but not sure about rooms. It's really a wonderful family owned property and a little bit of language difficulty, but that's just the older couple, younger family (or friends) no problem and they are usually around. I really can't say enough of these fine people, who have been my pleasure to meet and stay with, overextended my stay, no problem. Wish my family could see how a caring family is supposed to be like.

Decent Motel for the price. Was a little out of the way from the highway on our trip but not knocking them for that, just FYI. Free WiFi was faster than I thought it would be so that's good. The room could have been a little cleaner/upkept (ie. Spider Webs on Ceiling, bits of tile grout in the shower, etc). Also no towels in the rooms (they hand you some at the desk) and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom (had a half-roll in there and that was it). Overall it was good but could be better.

Very clean nice rooms. The owners are very friendly and very helpful!! As soon as you have a problem they come to your door and fix it no matter what time it is. I will be recommending to all my friends and family who pass through Dade City

Run by a very nice husband and wife team who went out of their way to do me a favor in a pinch. Lovely people, nice small town, mom-and-pop vibe. Only reason for -1 star was that the toilette seat was dirty when we got there which starts making me question what else might not have been cleaned.

Great place. Currently enjoying an extended stay on my second week. After the first week could of left but decided this was the place to be. Will stay again in the future. Great rooms, fair prices, kind people. Also an industrial basketball hoop set up in lot, my favorite part!

I have to say that I was treated very kindly. My room was clean and never had a problem that wasn't corrected immediately. I recommend anyone wanting a room that is clean and friendly service and they are on the list for disaster lodging. Thank God I had them when I lost my job from the hurricane. Nothing but praises for the kindness I've been shown in this time of adjustment.
